Meet Our Expert Team

Dr. Cindy Tseng, originally from Spokane, has lived in Seattle for over 20 years. After earning her bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington, she attended the prestigious UW School of Dentistry, where she completed her doctor of dental surgery (DDS) degree. Dr. Tseng is committed to serving her community, particularly people in need, providing pro bono dental care to homeless patients and traveling to Cambodia to provide free dental care to impoverished children.

Dr. Carlos Morales is a well-respected member of the Seattle area dental community with over 22 years of experience. He has worked in various capacities, including treating children from low-income families at a non-profit pediatric dental clinic in Tacoma.
